Regulations
Parking
Guest parking is available in the upper and lower parking lots, with a total of 92 spaces. All vehicles associated with the Event must be parked within the parking area. No vehicles shall be parked on any lawn surface unless granted written permission by TCE. Vehicles must not block emergency vehicle access.
Property
Guests are to remain within the publicly accessible areas only unless otherwise authorized in writing by a designee of TCE. No walking or standing in landscaping or flower beds is permitted, for photography or otherwise.
Pond/River
Swimming or wading in the pond or Eagle Creek River is not allowed at any time. TCE is released from all liability for bodily injury, up to and including death, whether from water-related incidents or otherwise.
Children
All children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pets
Pets must be secured on a leash or in a cage and supervised at all times. Pets (aside from Lando) are not allowed inside the conservatory building. You must pick up and dispose of any pet waste.
Smoking
TCE is a nonsmoking facility. All smoking within the venue space is strictly prohibited. Smoking will only be permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Fires
No fires may be started on the grounds of the venue. Bonfires of any type are explicitly prohibited.
